MHFC strives to bring the community together in love. Our main focus is to bring HIV Awareness into the community that many will be educated, however we believe in reaching out to the whole community wheather your HIV Positive or not. We provide the following services:
HIV Testing, Emergency Food, Clothing, Different educational classes taught weekly, Counseling, Refer clients to outside health care programs, Social Club (clients come in and play games, eat lunch ect), Senior citizen time

MHFC Outreach Services has launched a campaign to raise awareness, knowledge and eliminate stigma and disparity by incorporating different workshops  to bring the human rights perspective for women and men to the frontline, legislation and policy from the National perspective, Healthcare Reform, Sexual Rights and HIV Criminalization, Leadership Development and Self-Advocacy, Synthetic Drug epidemic and impacts on rural South Carolina.

We believe that if we could come up with different strategies to help empower the people we could begin to bring about change.
